See, in URLs you can specify a character by its ASCII value, like you know the %20's for spaces? Well, P is %50

Hmm.. I'm not sure why I thought of it last night - but I have to deal with special characters by using their character codes all of the time doing computer sciencey type stuff, and webpages.
