A Day at the Beach

"He leapt over the last rock between him and the edge of the beach. Volcanic black sand sprayed out from under him as he skidded towards the water, stopping just a foot shy of the lapping ocean. Uttering a joyous throaty noise, he rolled in the sand and sea for several minutes, before remembering why he’d made the trek through the forest. This is the first thing I've drawn since the beginning of November. ;n;

I think I know what it is. I took a painting and photography class and that's literally all I did all semester. Take, develop, print photos and paint. :I

So, long story short everyone else, she commissioned me this BACK WHEN I DID ALL THOSE OTHER COMMISSIONS AT THE END OF OCTOBER. SHE IS JUST GETTING THIS NOW.
SHE HAS THE MOST PATIENCE. Also, I know, this is a completely different sketch that I already started and showed you but honestly I just couldn't finish it. I opened it so many times. It just wasn't working. So I did this in two sittings. 8'D And it took me forever. I'm so happy with it though. I hope you like it!
